In the summer of 2019, I dove headfirst into the world of real estate, determined to absorb every bit of knowledge I could. As my career grew, so did my commitment to making real estate information transparent and accessible for everyone navigating the crucial journey of homeownership. That’s how Get Real KC—a consumer-focused real estate podcast—was born in the fall of 2020. Over five years later, it’s still going strong.

Back then, I set up a recording studio in my unfinished basement, equipped with just the essentials. Fast forward to the summer of 2025: it was time to level up. We wanted to maintain top-notch audio, elevate our video production for YouTube, and create a welcoming, comfortable space for our guests. That’s when the vision for a commercial studio took shape.
