What makes Lucky 13 Studios different?

While many studios only provide a recording space, we go the extra mile in helping you navigate the entire podcasting journey—from launching and editing to leveling up your show. An engineer is always present to make certain the technical aspects of podcasting or green screening are working, so you can focus on story.

Where are you located/Where do I park?

We are located at 7 NW 72nd Street in Gladstone which is in an office building. Our suite is 101 on the lower level. It is easiest to access the rear facing lot by turning on Baltimore directly west of the building and enter the building at the same level as the studio. You can park in any spot.

How many studio spaces do you have?

Two, a podcast studio and a green screen studio. The podcast studio was designed with variation in mind, allowing you choices in backdrops, colors, seating, etc. so that not all podcasts recorded in our studio look the same.

What can I bring or not bring into the studio?

We ask that you leave your pets at home while visiting the studio. While food and drink is permitted (within reason of course), absolutely no smoking or vaping of any kind is allowed in our studios.

How many people can I bring?

Our podcast studio can accommodate four participants, while the green screen studio is suited for one or two people maximum. There is space for two non-participants to observe. We ask that you make other arrangements for observers (of any age) that would struggle to not interfere with equipment or the recording process.

How do I receive my recordings?

Recordings will be made available to you after payment for download via the cloud for 30 days.

Do you edit or distribute the recordings?

Yes, light audio and video editing are all part of the service. Distribution to podcasting hosts and social media can be as well. Be sure and discuss your needs during our introductory strategy sesison.
